Ayling Prestige Renovations is a young company, built on the experience of Rob Ayling who has been in the building industry all his life. He is a well-respected builder and is able to employ some of the best tradesmen from plumbers and carpenters to roofers and bricklayers.
Do we use sub-contractors?
Yes we do but this doesn’t mean we employ just any old person! Rob makes sure that every tradesmen he employs is experienced, knowledgeable and works to the same brief as everyone else on the project: the client always comes first and we work together as a team so everyone knows what is going on!
Meet (some of) the team
Robert Ayling
The brains behind the business, Rob Ayling has been in the building industry for most of his adult life. His expertise lies in the gas and plumbing side of the business and he works extremely closely with his colleagues, overseeing most projects himself.
Robert Dance
Master builder with an in-depth knowldege of the building industry, Rob Dance is even rumoured to have helped build Noah’s Ark… An extremely reliable, hard working and courteous builder, he supervises many of Ayling’s projects.
George
George is one of the carpentry team, trained up by Josh. He works on all aspects of builds, from roof struts to kitchen fitting with making wardrobes and bookcases along the way.
Josh
Josh is the carpentry master at Ayling Prestige! He oversees all jobs and is happy to advise on the best solution to tricky problems. His main field of expertise is laying parquet floors although he is equally happy up on a roof!
Aaron, Connor, Dave, Damen, Luca, Ben and Courtney
The rest of the Ayling Prestige Team, made up of plasterers, tilers, electricians, plumbers and all-round workers.
